Peace one day flashmob

21st September was International day of Peace. People danced in Peace flashmobs all around the world. Me and my friends Ieva and Aistė participated in "One day one dance" flashmob in Vilnius, Gediminas ave. The moves were not easy to learn but it was really fun after all!

P.S.- I would estimate this activity for about 3 CAS hours.

Here's a link of 'One day one dance' flashmob, but we are at the back so you won't see us. :)

Summer activity: music in the street

I'd like to share one of my Summer activities today. In the end of August, me and my friend Ieva thought of going to play like street musicians. We hadn't done it before, so it was a challenge for us! So, when we had decided to try being buskers, we started practicing. It took us about three days to get ready for our 'performance'. Finally, we found a nice place in Pilies street and started playing. At first, we felt insecure and a little uncomfortable, because all people were watching, but eventually  we felt more and more happy about what we were doing. After 2 hours of playing, we took a break. My fingers were red after playing guitar for so long! After the break we moved to play in Aušros vartų street. A few tourists even took some photos of us! After an 1,5 hour we felt completely exhausted, but happy. We made some people smile and also created nice atmosphere, so it was worth it. There may have been some difficulties with pauses between songs and also my red fingers, but to sum up, it was an enjoyable experience.

P.S.- I would estimate this activity for about 6 CAS hours.
